- Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase

- If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged
- You will be notified on the day that your goods have been despatched via e-mail

- All items are shipped daily (excluding Sundays and Scottish Bank Holidays)
- Items paid for before 1.30pm Mon-Fri or 9.45am Sat will usually be sent same day
- Special Delivery is the only service Royal Mail actually guarantee will be delivered next day
- Tracking details are uploaded to Ebay when the item has been dispatched
- We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or Courier.
- Returns are accepted but return postage is the buyers responsibility
- Occasionally items do not fit - return postage fees are to be paid by the buyer
