Each hold 3 mags. M81. No tag but I'm pretty sure these are the pouches for the lbv 88-medic vest. The lbv medic vest pouches didnt have tags but can't say for sure though. Very good shape. Stanag mags work best, they can hold Pmags but the flap will only go down to the velcro part.
