PAYMENT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF END OF AUCTION, PLEASE. 

DSR's 

Item as described = I put lots of pictures for you to see what you are bidding for and describe my items to the best of my ability and always include full measurements.  

Communication = I message every winning bidder personally, notifying them that their item has been dispatched and when necessary supply tracking Information.

Dispatch Time = I always dispatch on the day the payment is received, sometimes within 1 hour of received payment. Where payments are received at night, weekends or bank holidays items will be dispatched immediately the Post Office re-opens.

Postage costs = I try to estimate my postage as carefully as I can and charge just 50p towards packaging.
