The Powerextra MB-D18 Battery Grip is a great addition to the Nikon D850 camera for extended shooting time. It allows for the use of AA-size batteries or the EN-EL15/EN-EL15a batteries, as well as the EN-EL18a battery for increased frame rate. The grip is solidly built and provides better balance for the camera. However, there have been some reports of battery errors, and the control wheels can be a bit stiff compared to the camera's controls. Overall, it offers exceptional value compared to the more expensive Nikon brand grip.
