CLOTHING & SHOE MEASUREMENTS:

I measure everything to the very best of my ability, and any/all taken measurements are clearly listed in each ad description, and in photos if more clarity seems like it will be helpful. As we know, sizes per brand/designer can vary!

If you’re not sure if something will fit, I suggest finding a comparable item you already own, take the same measurements of that item, and then compare those to the item you’re interested in buying, and see if they’re close or exact. This should help quite a bit to let you know if something is likely to fit, and you can buy with confidence.

CLOTHING ITEMS THAT ARE LISTED AS PRE-OWNED ARE CLEAN BUT NOT NECESSARILY LAUNDERED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SHIPPING. I leave laundry to the buyer, so just please be aware most items are not pre-washed exactly before shipping.

Any item new with tags is NOT LAUNDERED.

Friendly Tip: Don’t wait around for me to send you an offer, after “watching” an item. Some items are on auto-offer sends after a certain amount of time, but some aren’t. I may not always notice, so don’t be shy, hit me up! 😊

Shipping schedule:

I always ship on M-W-F when there are completed sales to go out, but I often ship in between those days as well if there’s more than a couple packages to go out, or if I simply have the extra time on “off” days to head to the PO.

Exceptions: Sundays & Holidays. Shipping will resume on next available postal delivery day.

DELIVERY TIME

I can’t guarantee when an item will arrive…..once it’s in the PO’s hands it’s out of my control, but average delivery from PO drop off from me, to arrival at your door, is a pretty consistent 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

For faster delivery times, buyers are always welcome and able to upgrade to Priority shipping (at buyer’s cost) at checkout.

I will ALWAYS drop you a personal courtesy message to thank you for your business, to acknowledge that I’m aware of your purchase, that your payment was received, and to let you know exactly what day and timeframe your item will ship. No guessing games for you!

Shipping service:

I use USPS calculated shipping, which is based on weight and package dimensions. I do NOT set the prices, the USPS does. I do my very best to offer the lowest possible options. And when I occasionally miscalculate final shipping weights or dimensions, I pick up the difference, not you!

BEYOND THE NORM SALES (oversized, weight or fragile items)

Please keep in mind when you’re purchasing heavy, oversized and/or fragile or potentially breakable items, extra effort and supplies go into your shipment, and you may see that reflected by a nominal increase in shipping. It’s not free for a seller to add extra packing materials and safe and secure supplies, and measures, to get your item to you in the same condition as advertised! If you’re unhappy with shipping costs before you even make a purchase, it’s probably best to pass on buying an item in the first place.

POSTAL INSURANCE, should you?

In the very rare instances of postal damage or loss, I always recommend buyers choose to add postal insurance to their check out fees. I’m not responsible for postal damage or loss, and I cannot open a postal claim for you on my end.

RESPONSE TIME

Most messages are responded to within just a couple hours or less, and at very most, within a day. Be patient, but you won’t wait too long. And I’ll do everything in my power to rectify any issues to your full satisfaction.

RETURNS

As a rule, I accept most returns, unless an item is offered “as is” for ANY reason. As noted, my ads are thorough, and that will always include any flaws I notice, in writing AND photos. If you don’t read the ad descriptions before buying, and a clearly listed imperfection on an item surprises you upon delivery, welllllll…. that one’s not on me. 😁

Buyer is responsible for all RETURN shipping fees, those are not refunded by the seller.

Please don’t forget to leave feedback once your item arrives. I wait for you, and consider a transaction fully completed when a buyer has left feedback. I will of course return the courtesy!
