Chico's light blue lace top v-neck tunic.  3/4 bell sleeves. Body is soft  rayon and lace is 100% cotton. Very beachy/BOHO.   Tag at neck is missing - SEE MEASUREMENTS. I wear a Chico's size 2 and this fits me. 

Pre-owned but excellent condition - NO rips tears stains or smells.. Machine was cold.

Measures laying flat:

Armpit to armpit: 23"

Width at hips:  24"

Sleeve length:  17.5"

Length from v neck bottom to hem:  21.5"
