Jona Michelle Girls Party Dress in Size 8

This was worn once and is in like new condition.  There is a tiny pin spot on the back near one of the arms but other than that it is in excellent condition.   I did not try to spot treat the stain so it may come out.  

Armpit to waist = 5"

Waist is 12.5" across the front - no elastic

Waist to the bottom of tulle /lace  20"
