-Will I receive the item in the photo?  We only use photos we take in house of our items.  

-What is included in this listing?  You will receive the printer and power cord unless otherwise noted.  Some listings may also include the toner while many will not.  If something is not specifically listed or shown in photos, it will most likely not be included. 

-Do you include the driver / installation disk?  We recommend going to the manufacturer website to download the latest version of the drivers.  Disks are quickly outdated as drivers are constantly revised and released and you can always download the very latest version at no charge at the manufacturer website.

-Do you sell extended warranties?  Ebay does offer extended warranty options for many items.  Midwest Dynamics does not offer any direct warranty outside of the stated warranty in the listing.

-Do you sell toner after the sale of the printer?  Yes please reach out to us for a quote for all of your printer supply needs.  We only offer OEM equivalent supplies at a fraction of the cost of new.
