Just a few more points:

If one of my items has free postage, this will apply to the UK only. I use eBay’s Global Shipping Programme for international shipping and the price to post to your country will be stated on the listing.

My pre-owned items have been previously loved so may show some general signs of wear (unless I have described them as being in 'immaculate' condition).

I do check items carefully and will mention faults and marks. But (rarely) if I have made a mistake and there is a problem with the item, it will be great if you could please contact me first before you open a case so I can resolve the issue.

I measure my items as accurately as possible but as they are completed by hand, they should be read as an approximation. Measurements will be rounded up or down to the nearest half inch. Clothing is measured laid out on a flat surface. Please check measurements against your favourite garments to ensure an accurate fit. The manufacturer’s sizes on the label are stated in the listing (unless labels have been removed). Please note, we cannot be held responsible for variations in manufacturer’s sizes ie. a size 12 by one retailer may have different measurements to the same size from another retailer/manufacturer.

Please note that the colours of the garments on the computer/mobile device screen may be slightly different to their actual colour.

The garments will be folded for posting so may require ironing before use.

I use a combination of new and recycled packaging. I have recently changed my plastic mailing bags to 100% biodegradable plastic. Please note, plastic bubble wrap will be used to package fragile items and I encourage my customers to re-use this where possible. My postage cost includes packaging.
