This listing is for a beautiful size 12 popover tunic blouse from White House Black Market.  The blouse is done in a pretty paisley print and a slightly high low style.  It has buttons in the upper front that then stop.

The sleeves are long and puffed a bit with fabric ties at the edges for a pretty accent.  There are also lattice like accents on the sleeves and there is lace detail around the collar in back and partly front.  The blouse is very fancy boho and is in very good pre-owned condition with gentle wear and the measurements are: 

Bust is approximately 22 1/2"  -  45"

Length is approximately 28" in front, longer to 30" in back

96% polyester, 4% spandex.  Sleeves are 100% polyester.

Machine wash.
