Pictures are the best description. We do our best to get crisp clear pictures
of items at all angles and describe items and any flaws. However, we are all humans
and things may be overlooked from time to time. Additional pictures can be

We recommend you open
and inspect your item(s) within 3-5 days of receiving. In the event an item is
not as described or pictured, please contact us immediately so we can make it
right before opening a case with eBay. That does not mean we will issue a partial
refund. Like the above states, there are no exceptions. On items listed with
returns accepted within 30 days, you will be responsible for the shipping cost
and it will be deducted from any refund. NO RETURN - NO REFUND.

We use top quality packaging materials and cost of these materials are
calculated in the shipping cost. All items are packed to ensure a safe transit.
Most items, but not all, are individually bubble wrapped and boxed in packing
peanuts. Small items such as Hot Wheels & Lancôme are wrapped in bubble
wrap & cardboard and shipped in a bubble mailer.
We do combine shipping
on most items. Larger items may not be eligible for combined shipping and is
typically noted in the description of those items. If you are considering
buying multiple items, it’s best to message us prior to purchasing to get a
combine shipping cost & confirm these items can be combined.
