Aldine Publishing, Great Britain, post 1918

This appears to be a British pulp novel with unknown  publication date.  The cover is paper, and the pages inside are all browned with age.  Pages aren't enumerated, but appear to all be there.  There are no illustrations.

The closest date I can locate is in the advertisement on the inside cover for one of Aldine's other books, "Stories of the Great War," with stories of 1914 to 1918.  My best guess is this book was published early 1920s based on the cover art.

The cover shows some staining and the lower left corner has been cut off.  Otherwise, it is intact and complete.  It measures 5 1/2" x 7 1/4".
