International

• A Phone number is REQUIRED by the postal service to ship international orders. We will not ship your order until we receive your phone number.
•  We ship worldwide.
• We ship internationally via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

International buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes charged by your country. We will not declare the item as a gift.

60 Day Return/Exchange Policy

SnowBigDeal offers a Full Refund Return Policy.

• Exchanges & Returns must be complete with all original packaging and in new condition. Do not use the manufacturer's packaging for a shipping box as this will damage the manufacturer's product package labeling. Merchandise not meeting these requirements will be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges may require a small re-ship fee to send product back to you. In some cases, oversized / hazardous items may be subject to a larger re-ship fee.
• Free items received with the original order are to be included to receive a full credit on your return. If you choose to keep the free item, the current selling price for the item will be applied to your order.
