This item is not mint condition, but is in excellent condition, given the age of the toy. It is complete with the exception of the hand straps. All shoe straps are intact and in good condition. Most of these CPK Big Wheels are missing some or all of these straps. It also has the push handle intact and in good condition. Many of theses toys are missing the handle, as it was not very sturdy and easily broken. In addition, all the stickers appear to be intact and in fair condition also.

While this toy is not perfect, it is in excellent condition and would make an excellent piece for the CPK collector to display a CPK doll on.
