It will come programmed and updated with the latest calibration/flash files to ensure your vehicle is running at its best. In order to do this, you will need to provide your VIN number. Please leave it in a note while checking out or send a separate message if you forget. VIN number is also required so the PCM is properly synced with other modules on your vehicle. In most cases, this is necessary to prevent a check engine light from illuminating on your dash. If a VIN is not provided within 3 days, an un-programmed unit will be shipped.
