The outside faux fur is in nice condition. Very soft. The lining does have tears/holes at seams of arm where sleeve is stitched to inner body lining (one is approximately 8” and the other 5”). Pocket also has a hole. No stains are noted.

There is no size in coat. Coat estimated to be a size small.
