Like Purple Rain, this stunning variety derived from Purple Speckled from 2013. Unlike Purple Rain, this variety has very densely packed pink speckles. Among the pink speckles, a white star encircled by a white margin edge forms a beautiful design you will want to rush out of bed to see every morning.

      Open-air pollination is used by virtually every gardener and can produce crossed varieties.  This can be fortuitous as it provides the gardener with a brand new type of morning glory which can then be refined and sold.  Think twice before removing any odd morning glories you find among your expected cultivar.  It could be one in a million!
