Return:
You have 30 Days to return your order for a refund (Please note that products labeled “Non-refundable After Unpacking” in the description section of the product page are not applicable for returns).
Non-refundable Cases:
FANLUN LLC accepts most returns within the 30-day return window, but we DO NOT accept returns for certain circumstances. Please carefully review the following scenarios in which you would not qualify for a refund:
- Products that have exceeded the 30-day return window.
- Products damaged due to customer negligence (i.e. improper assembly or usage, obvious man-made damage, etc.).
- Scratches or other minimal damage that do not affect the overall functioning of the product being discovered after the product has been partially or completely assembled.
- Products taken out of original packaging without manufacture defects.
- Products labeled “Non-refundable After Unpacking” in the description section of the product page.
- If the shipment got returned due to wrong address or refused by buyer, there will be 20% restock fee.
- All of our items come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. During this time, we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.

For UPS shipment, normally it takes 1-5 working days for delivery, but we cannot guarantee the delivery day.
For very heavy shipment, we ship by LTL freight, which takes 3-10 days for delivery normally.

Your order will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days after being placed. Most orders will arrive to you within 5 business days from the shipping date, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. - How do I track my order?
