All our Blu-Ray's are Region B Unless specifically stated otherwise.
All products listed on our store are playable in the UK providing the
correct device is used.
Slipcases & O-rings are subject to availability unless specifically
stated. Not all items depicted with one will have one, so please message prior
to your purchase if this is something you require.
Delivery
All items purchased before 12:00 will be dispatched the same day.
(Excludes weekends bank holidays.)
When Will I Receive My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email. From
then we would expect your order to be with you within 3-5 working days.
My Order Hasn't Arrived In The Time Frame Advised.
If your order has not arrived within the 3-5 working days, please allow
a further 5 working days before reporting it missing. If after 10 business days
your item still has not arrived, please don't hesitate to contact a member of
the team. They will be more than happy to assist you.
Do You Charge For Delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free of charge. For Europe and the ROW this will
incur and shipping fee.
I Need To Change My Delivery Address.
Not to worry. Please just message us with the full address you would
like us to deliver to before 12pm.
Returns
We at MTR Entertainment want every customer to be 100% happy with their
purchase. We understand that this cannot be the case every time. If you are
unhappy with any purchase made from us please let us know and we will try our
absolute best to put things right.
For UK customers that no longer require their purchase and wish to
receive a refund, please return the item to us within 30 days of the item being
dispatched. Returns will be paid by the buyer.
*Please note that the item must be returned in the condition it left the
warehouse in. Including Overwrap/Shrink-wrap on the product*.
I've Received An Item I Did Not Purchase.
We are really sorry about this. Please send us a message and we will put
it right immediately.
My Item Was Damaged/Faulty. What Do I Do?
Once again, we are terribly sorry to hear this. Please message us
immediately so we can resolve the issue. If we have more of the product in
stock, we will send you out a replacement. However sometimes this will not be
the case so we will offer you a full refund.
In some cases, we will ask you to return the item to us. This can be
done via an eBay returns case, in which you will be provided with a pre-paid
returns label.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
It will differ dependant on why you are receiving a refund. If your item
was faulty and we do not require you to return the item to us, your refund will
be processed immediately. If you're returning your item because you no longer
require it, your refund will not be processed until the item has reached our
warehouse and we are satisfied with its condition.
I Can't Return My Item.
Please get in contact with the team. We will discuss the best option to
satisfy all parties.
International Orders
For international orders, delivery time should be anywhere between 7-10
working days from the date of dispatch for you to receive your item.
All international orders if applicable will be placed on a tracked
service. You will receive a dispatch email containing your unique tracking ID.
When Shipping to Russia, please be advised we will need a business
address to ship your items to, as we cannot ship to private addresses in
Russia.
