The flat measurements are 41" long from shoulder to the bottom of the dress, it has a full skirt which is at least 38" long when spread out, the waist is elastic and is 12" across (but stretches out) it is 17 1/2" across the chest, 10 1/2" from shoulder to shoulder, it is 13 1/2" from shoulder to waist and 27 3/4" from waist to the bottom hem. The sleeves are 9" long including the riffle at the bottom of the sleeve.
