This includes the attaching plate with studs (looks like an NOS item). Not sure if there are 2 separate pieces of this, but I only have this one.
The GM part number may be 5964931.
Condition: Close to excellent condition showing very minor wear. Could be polished up some more to look better if desired. See pictures as they are part of the description.
