Shipping damage must be reported and filed with us immediately. These will
benefit you in getting your RESHIP item SOONER. Please keep the item(s) and
take the photos with the packing material and email to us. We will take care of
your claim within 24-48 hours.

Defective
& Damaged items: Please emails us upon item is received to process an
exchange, refund or a discount. Digital pictures are required to process this
claim. After we review the pictures we will determine if we can send you a
pre-paid shipping label or ask you to ship the item back so we can send you a
replacement.
Wrong
purchased item (Exchange): Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, you
will also pay the price difference (if any) to exchange for the correct item.
Wrong
purchased item (Refund): Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a
12% restocking fee. Returned items must be kept in good condition in order to
receive refund.
Lost
Packages: If your package is lost in transit we will file a lost package claim
with the shipping company.
Received
Incorrect Items: Email us right away, we will ask for information to determine
what item you were shipped and process the exchange. You will be provided with
a return shipping label and we will ship you the correct part.
