Made by M Klein & Sons. I'm not sure what the pulling capacity is, there are some markings that are unreadable(see pics).

One of the jaws appears to be knurled, and the other has a slight concave radius.

USED condition, selling as is.

I've cleaned it up as best I can, but there's a slight residue I can't remove.

It appears to be working properly as designed.
