These healthy beauties will thrive in or near the pond. They can float will the breeze or you can plant them her the edge for a beautiful backdrop for your other plants creating a stunning visual effect and some much needed shade at times.
You can see in the "baby pic" that each plant has several shoots emerging which makes for a nice round plant. These cute babies can grow several feet tall if you let them. The second picture is the same plant five days later. Great for backdrop or securing a slope. As they float in the pond the long leaves will brown off and soon you can just let her float or plant her in a permanent spot.
When you receive your plant it may not stand straight up in the pond however, just float her in the pond sideways for a few days and the shoots will all stand up to the sun. Try to leave the floaty stuff on unless you choose to plant in dirt right away - in that case just trim and plant in very wet dirt.
The koi absolutely love them and these plants are so easy to care for!
