I tried to take as many pictures as possible so that there are no questions about what condition this is in.

The console is mostly clean. Here are biggest issues with it :

- L and R buttons work but barely depress when using, they don't have a clicky feel to them.  May need springs replaced.

- front plate has some scuffs on the corner which is fairly deep.

- minor scuffs on top and bottom plate

- Top screen has some small markings which are noticable on the right side and top left corner

- bottom screw covers are missing and one screw looks a little bit stripped. 

-joystick and cstick has great action but the rubber is a bit worn.

Other then that is a little dirty and may require a good cleaning. 

It's in working condition and no outstanding issues besides what if listed above.  The region is Japan and only Japanese games will play on this console.
