Condition: If an item is labeled as complete, then it is complete. If something is missing or damaged, I note exactly what is missing or damaged. Completeness is verified through several online and offline references. Unless noted in the description above as New, this item is USED. It is in "used condition." When purchasing, please understand that this item is used. I have tested it to the best of my abilities, and I am describing the item to the best of my abilities. Warranty: I offer only a non-DOA warranty. There is no other warranty, express or implied, of any sort. You must contact me within 14 days of the delivery date if you have any issues. When the order arrives, you need to check it out immediately and make sure that it is in working order.

Comic Book Condition: For comic book auctions, each individual comic has been inspected and conservatively graded according to the Chuck Rozanski's Grading Standards. If you have any questions about the condition of any individual issue, please ask before the end of the auction. Cover scans of individual issues are available on request. All comics are individually bagged and some are boarded.

Return Policy for Damaged Items: I work very hard to provide accurate pictures and item descriptions. If you receive an item that you feel is not as described, doesn't work correctly, or was damaged in shipment, please contact me ASAP, and we can work out an equitable solution.

Shipping and Handling: Shipping and Handling costs are noted in the "Shipping and Payments" section. Shipping is via USPS. I usually ship USPS Ground Advantage, unless it qualifies for special handling under Media Mail or Priority Mail, as appropriate. Please note, Media Mail and Ground Advantage (over 1 lb.) are Economy surface mail options that can take up to 26 days for delivery. eBay's delivery estimates shown at checkout for these options are inaccurate. When selecting these Economy delivery options, if you cannot wait up to 4 weeks for delivery, please select a Standard or Expedited delivery option instead. I only sell and ship to the U.S. and the Global Shipping Program.
