This beautiful Greenleaf Coventry Cottage is a unique piece, newly created by an experienced dollhouse artisan. The custom front door has an oval window and it opens and closes. The exterior is finished with Benjamin Moore paint, Woodlawn Blue. The dark gray roof shingles have been stained with a two step process. The front porch floor was installed one “board” at a time. The interior is decorated with authentic Victorian dollhouse wallpapers by Brodnax and Minigraphics. The scale of this little gem is 1:12, with measurements shown above. This unfurnished dollhouse is most appropriate for adult collectors.
