here is a vintage pair of Klangfilm  4" Tweeters  with Alnico magnets from VAC

They have light Paper cones and were made in germany

diameter 4 "

Impedance ca 4 Ohm

both speakers are tested -  they are working and in good condition one cone has minimal spot of glue (looks like from Production)  please have a look to the pictures for details.
