Up for auction is RARE Benchmade 9700 plain edge.  Emerson Spec War Model.  This 9700 is Japan market leagalized manual open model, so you have to un-lock by pressing the button, and take the blade out manually with your fingers ( you can stop the blade at any position, as you can see in the pictures ).  At closed position, blade moves just a bit ( almost no movement ), because there is no spring inside. Benchmade or knife store in Japan placed a sponge to protect the blade.  When fully opened, the blade is solid, no movement.  Also, when closing, you have to un-lock by pressing the button and put back the blade manually with your fingers.   New old stock with original box, and paper.  This knife has been in my collection for long time and never been used or carried.  However, there are few very hard to see light marks ? ( I couldn't capture into pictures) on the blade's surface.

( My father is recently institutionalized, and I have to pay the fee.  All of my knives I am listing from last week's payment will go to institution fee, so I seriouslly need support from knife collectors.   My father will have to stay in there for the rest of his life, so my family need support.  I shouldn't be saying personal situation, but I am desperate right now.  Thank you very much for reading this. )

I will send this item by Japan Post EMS for $25.

Immediate payment is required.

Japan Post won't deliver to some countries, at this moment, so please check with me before bidding.  Also, if the knife is confiscated at buyer's country's customs, I can not refund the money, so please check with your local laws about importing knives.  Thank you.
