Gold Filled: All gold filled jewelry is either marked as gold filled or tested as gold filled using our Olympus Vanta GX precious metal analyzer.

Gemstones: All gemstones are tested using a Presidium Gem Tester. This tester can not distinguish between natural and synthetic stones. Assume gemstones have been treated unless specifically noted otherwise. Gemstones are not officially graded for color, clarity, or treatment. Any information provided is our own educated and professional assessment. We will note above if further identification testing has been done. All stones are measured with an electronic caliper. All measurements are approximated.

Pearls: Pearls are tested to the best of our abilities for texture and layering. We DO NOT professionally test pearls. 90% of the worlds pearls are now cultured and are not naturally occurring. We can not distinguish between cultured and natural pearls. You are bidding with this knowledge in mind.

Antique & Vintage Pieces: There is a chance that stones can become loose or have a connector that needs tightened. We are as delicate as possible with our items. Note, we may miss flaws or pieces could become loosened during shipment. Condition varies from historical to modern pieces. Please take the items age into account when noting the condition. Minor age and wear is typical.

Please keep in mind, we are not experts. Occasionally there may be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omission relating to the product description. We reserve the right to correct any errors by changing or updating the photos and product description as well as canceling orders to make necessary corrections.

All items are sold as is, as found

We do not accept returns on bulk jewelry lots, items no longer needed or a wrong size purchased, unmarked items that have been tested and listed accordingly, gemstones that become dislodged during shipping, tangled or knotted pieces.

Signature Service: All jewelry items with a $3.50 handling fee will automatically have signature service added to them. If you do not wish to have signature service please contact us PRIOR to completing payment. All requests made after payment will not be refunded. All requests made after item has shipped can not be altered.

Due to our lighting, white glare lines may appear on items - This is NOT damage
