We received several pallets of tubes from an estate sale and

we simply don't have the time to test every tube so we'll pass

the savings on. Each box was inspected to ensure the tube 

listed is the tube in the box. We then tested several tubes 

and no tubes will test below 70%. 

Tested using our Triplett 3413B tester. 70% or higher.
