Here i am selling a Marantz 2285B Stereo receiver that is in near mint condition. this unit has been fully cleaned and detailed. my tech put new dial and meter lamps in (original replacements) , cleaned the controls and adjusted the bias and idle current. This is the most beautiful 2285B i have ever seen with 2 super light scratches on the top strip. i took pics but they may be hard to see as they are very very light. i would not have seen them if i was not detailing the unit. The corners are straight and the face looks to be scratch free. i can't see anything myself but i am almost sure you may find one here or there. The inside is so clean that i did not have to do much to make it look like the pics. very little dust was inside. I have owned this for around 15 yrs and i bet i have put less than 50 hrs on it as i have many other units i switch around and use. this is from a smoke free home. all inputs have been tested as well. The case is scratch free but you can see some very light spots where a TT or tape deck once sat before i picked it up. nothing bad but they can be seen in the right light. This unit here is as close as one can get to mint. super clean.   i use new packing with a double box when shipping. see my feedback please.  i ship to the lower 48 only.   thanks for looking and feel free to make me an offer.
