Cd issued on the Eyeball 20/20 / polydor record label in the USA in 2005, cat.no.7200222, this is one of the versions released with the free Eyeball sampler cd (see scan) which is dated 2005 (so I presume this is a re-released version although the 1st cd is identical and includes the legendary ""Unauthorised duplication is a violation of applicable laws and will result in Gerard coming to your house and sucking your blood" printed on the cd) - please note that the case is a replacement as the original was damaged  and the inner is black not clear.

Please read the following information carefully, I use the "UK record collector" rating system for cds, the condition of each element is lovingly and honestly described below - and please note that the scan is the actual item 

• cd - both cds have some light signs of wear, the MCR cd is in excellent condition, sample cd in very good+ condition
• inlay - mint condition
• jewel case - replacement case in practically mint condition

Although all my items are thoroughly checked and tested and accurately described, if they do not say "new" they are second hand. If you need to buy new, you need to go to a shop where the items are stated as "new"!
