This is the real deal. The condition of this book is suitable for the most serious collector. Also, I am unaware of any other copies being offered on the open online market. While it is possible there is a copy available in a brick and mortar store, this is the only copy that we are currently aware of.

Top two corners have light rubbing. Front bottom corner has a small rub. NO EMBOSS! NO BOOKSELLER MARK! NO SIGN OF PREVIOUS OWNERSHIP! BOOK COMES FROM A PET FREE SMOKE FREE CLIMATE CONTROLLED LIBRARY AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT! BINDING IS SOLID. HINGES ARE NOT CRACKED AND ARE NOT DEVELOPING CRACKING. THERE ARE SOME LIGHT FOXING MARKS TO THE EDGES! THIS IS A SMALL BOOK! Some age spots to the inside of the boards . There is a protective page which protects the "horse" photo. This protective page has some roughness to the edge. I can not detect any creases or dog-ears to any of the pages.
