Returns

30-Day Hassle-Free Return (UK Only): Buyers have the option to return their items within 30 days if they are not satisfied. For items sold at £300 or above, we offer free courier collections. For other items, we provide Royal Mail or UPS return labels. Returns from EU countries are eligible for shipping cost refunds up to €30.

Warranty

30-Day Warranty for Faults and DOA: If a product experiences a fault or arrives DOA within the first 30 days of receipt, we will collect the item and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, based on buyer preference or product availability.

Manufacturer Warranty: Some laptops and desktops come with a manufacturer warranty, including HP, Dell, and Lenovo. A serial number is required for warranty claims and warranty transfer is not necessary for these brands.

Not covered By Seller Warranty
Any Accidental damage, physical damage or liquid damage are not covered by the warranty.
Software issues are not covered by the warranty.
Batteries are not covered under any standard warranty unless reported within the first 30 days from delivery. Given the nature of battery operation, their respective performance cannot be guaranteed.

Grading Explained

Grade A (++) Brand New Condition. It may comes with or without original box.

Grade A (+) “Like New” Condition. Used for very short time. No significant marks of wearing. Screen – perfect condition. Battery – hold at least 30 minutes, more details in item description

Grade A Good Condition. As A+ Grade but may have some very small marks/scratches to the casing. Screen – great condition. Battery – hold at least 30 minutes, more details in item description.

Grade A (-) Still Good Condition. As A Grade but may have some small but noticeable, marks/scratches to the casing. Screen – great condition
Battery – hold at least 30 minutes, more details in item description.

Grade B Fully Working (with signs of use). May have cosmetic issues but none that affect usability or functionality. Marks, scratches & small dents may be present to the casing. Screen – good condition, very small pressure marks may be presented on the screen but hardly visible. Battery – hold at least 30 minutes, more details in item description.

Grade C In working condition with cosmetic damage or minor faults. Cosmetic damage may be present to the casing, such as cracks, heavy dents or missing plastics. Pressure marks may be present on the screen, but will not affect use
