These pants are new with out the original Wolff Fording hang tags.  They were used as a photo sample to take pictures for the catalog.  The size is a small child, and the inseam measures approximately 22".   Refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit.   You can cut these pants off at the hem if they are too long as there is no finishing on the bottom of the hem. (these pants do not ravel)
