Here is a vintage Andy Panda comic book by Walter Lantz.  Western Publishing.  This is No 5, from August 1974.  The cover has Andy Panda and Charlie Chicken.  The cover is in rough condition.  There are tiny rips around the edge, writing on the bottom corner, the center seam is splitting, and a stain on Charlie Chicken.  The pages have started to yellow.  I will have other comics listed.  I will gladly combine shipping.  Please e-mail any questions.
