Doug's Surplus Station buys from liquidation warehouses and auctions. Most items are returned/opened box items that may or may not have been used. We inspect each item and report our findings in the auction. Any item that looks to have never been used will be described as new. Items that look to have been used will be described as used even though they may be in new condition. We do our best to describe the item exactly as we see it. We believe honesty is the best way to sell. Some items may have scuff marks and/or scratches. Any major damage will be described in auction. Most items are in original manufactures box but box may have some damage due to shelf wear or from prior shipping. We will double box or cardboard box wrap each item if needed. Additional packing material may be added to protect item during shipment.
