Parts
with motors or electric are checked with a technician before removed. We do our
best to ensure all parts are accurately listed. Many parts will work on dozens
or more of different appliances. Even from different brands. Whirlpool, for
example, sells their appliances under approx. 10 different brand names, but
many parts are 100% identical. If your appliance needs a part listed with this
PART #, it will fit! If you are not sure send us your MODEL # and we will
gladly check it for you. We will gladly verify part #s for you! Also, our parts
are usually in used or like new condition. There are also different color
variants or sometimes words on drawers may be different. If you are looking for
something specific please let us know so we can better serve you prior to your
purchase. Please do NOT order parts by looks or measurement. Most of
the time they will not work or fit. If you’d like exact measurements, please
message us.
All orders usually ship within 1 business day
(24 hours) or next business day via various companies (usually USPS, UPS, or
FED-EX.) Please allow extra time during holiday weekends and holiday shopping
seasons. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship
internationally.
Most of our items are sold in used or like new
condition. If it is used it may have some scuffing or scratches but should
always be crack free and functional. We never send out a damaged/broken item.
If an item arrives damaged it is your responsibility to make a
claim with USPS or UPS to be compensated for the item. We are not able
to make a claim because you are in possession of the item. For UPS claims you
will need the following information:

photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
· A
photo of the damaged item
· A
photo of the packaging material used
· A
close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (generally starts
with 1Z)
· A
close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of
box)
· Two
photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides,
another showing bottom and opposite sides)
· Dimensions
of the box, including the package height, length and width will also be needed.
Also, if we
accept a return all items will be inspected when you send it back to us. We
mark all of our items with a unique identifier. If the item you return does not
have this unique identifier then you will NOT be issued a
return. We have had people return their old items and not what was sent to
them.
