We carry hundreds of thousands of products, and this requires a network of warehouses. While many parts are available for immediate shipment, some require internal transfers. Please refer to the stated lead times and the delivery estimates provided during checkout.
We ship with all 3 major carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS). However, USPS is only ideal for small items. Please do not provide a PO box as the address for medium and larger items.
High-value items are usually sent with signature-delivery requirements.
(LTL 1) If your item is very large or over 150lbs (EX: Hoods, Doors, Engines) the item will ship via LTL Freight (18-wheeler). Please use a business address, if possible, when ordering these types of parts.
(LTL 2) A valid phone number must be provided for LTL Freight shipments. The carrier will call you before delivery to ensure someone will be present to sign for the package.
(LTL 3) Please thoroughly inspect all products within an LTL shipment before signing for the package. If any items are damaged, either refuse the delivery or make sure to write "damaged in transit" on the driver's paperwork before signing.
Warranty
All of our products are brand new, OEM parts that carry a nationwide warranty. Warranty replacements are redeemable at any GM dealership in the country.
