It's a peachy pink color with Shimmer through the entire top half. Two layers of Tulle with a solid liner underneath the tulle. Flowers contain gems. Entire top of dress is fully lined with a tiny amount of stretch. It's so cute and was not worn by my neice. Made extremely well.
