Most of our items offer free domestic shipping. Shipping and handling costs for international buyers are indicated in each listing. If you think that a shipping charge in one of our listings is too high, please contact us before making the purchase.
We combine shipping for international buyers. To obtain combined shipping discount, you must wait for invoice before making payment. No adjustments can be made after payment is received. Because shipping to each country is different, we sometimes may under estimate or over estimate what shipping will cost. If you feel that you were overcharged for shipping, please contact us. Since international first class mail is not insurable, we must absorb the cost of self-insurance in addition to postage and packaging.
International mail is often very slow and may take up to 60 days. We ship all international parcels as first class mail unless otherwise specified in the listing. THERE IS NO TRACKING FOR INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL. We will provide you with the customs form number so you can check for the package with your country’s custom department. Please be patient as many packages are held for extended periods of time in the customs department of the receiving country. Please do not ask us to mark your purchase as a gift or adjust its value for customs.
We are sorry but we have to exclude first class mail shipping to countries to which we have had significant numbers of lost or stolen packages. If you are in an excluded country and you want to purchase our products, we will ship by insured Priority Mail only with a minimum shipping cost of $35 for weight up to one pound and $10 for each additional pound.
