Condition - Some of our items are second hand- so on some of them you can expect to see signs of minor wear such as small stains, marks, pin holes or pulls. Any fault or damage that is noticed and deemed above what is acceptable we will put into our listing and if possible take a photograph. Please read everything and look at our photos closely. We will not accept liability for returns that have the above and claimed not as described.

 

We also stock many items which are new with or without tags. This will be stated in the listing.

 

Sizing - We stock 1000s of items of clothing from 100s of different manufactures therefore sizes will differ dramatically. We will put the manufacturers size down when it is a new product and if necessary we will add some sizes of our own. Please ask if any further clarification is required from us.

 

Shipping- We try to use Royal Mail or Yodel as much as possible but with recent strikes we do reserve the right to also use alternative carriers. All orders are dispatched within a few working days (normally next day) however if an item is more urgent please contact us as soon as possible.

International Postage - We do post internationally using Ebays Global Shipping Programme (GSP). If you purchasing multiple items we highly recommend contacting us first so we can provide you with other options that may work out alot cheaper for you. We will be able to bundle items together.

 

Returns - Our items can be returned within 14 days and a refund of the original cost will be issued. We are unable to refund the return shipping cost. Please note that all items will be inspected on return and must be in the original condition including the tags. You must also have a printed invoice from us to enable us to locate the items sale and process the refund quickly. We will not process any refund without the printed invoice in the packaging.

A refund is always processed via the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to be completed.

Please send all of the returns via recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post.
