We use the following categories to identify the contents of all our items. Please note that these are not a category of condition and all our items are Pre-Loved so even the NEW items may have some cosmetic damage.

 

NEW – a brand new item that is still in its original wrapping

LIKE NEW – an item that is complete and has some of its contents still sealed, or unused

COMPLETE – all parts are complete as per the rules packet

PLAYABLE – some parts may be missing, however it does not affect the playability of the game. Some parts may have been spares in the first instance, or may be obtained online (in the case of game rules)

PARTS – the item is incomplete, it would require additional parts to be able to play

An astronomically great game that's fun, easy to learn, educational and highly addictive.

Astronauts is the ultimate space game as you race your opponents o explore the planets and moos of our solar system and then return safely back to earth.

Explore Mars, the moons of Jupiter, the Kuiper Belt and more as you slingshot your way from planet to planet and use your booster rocket and hyperspace to speed your safe return.

The further you go the more points you get but the more difficult it becomes to return, so beware getting stuck in Deep Outer Space.

Avoid the Asteroids, beware of the Black Hole, watch out for the Wormhole and survive the Supernova, whilst you try not to get stuck in the grip of Jupiter's massive gravity.

The excitement builds as the lead changes with each returning mission and the game is often won or lost on the final go.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

 

All items will be dispatched at the latest; the next working day after payment has been received.

 

All our items will be securely packaged in one of two ways:

 

1.       For single wins the item will be packaged in brown parcel paper and the edges will be taped off to protect the purchased item from further wear and tear. Please see the final image for an example of how we package our items for postage.

2.       For multiple wins the items will be sent in a sturdy packing box with additional packing material added as needed.

 

All our items are sent through Royal Mail, using a service that offers tracking and/or delivery confirmation. This is to protect both the buyer and the seller should the package go awry or suffer damage after dispatch.

 

Combined postage is offered at a rate of £1.00 for each additional item after the first. This is automatically calculated at checkout. Should you encounter any issues with this please contact us and we will happily refund the difference using the guidelines above. The only exception to this is if the combined weight of all purchases exceeds 2KG, this may incur additional costs with the carrier and should this happen we will be in touch to advise.

We are sorry that we do not offer postage outside the UK.

 

RETURNS

 

If the board game purchased does not meet your expectations for condition then we will happily offer a full refund once the item has been returned to us, at the buyer’s expense.  We ask that the buyer provide us with any additional information on the reason for the return and to avoid disappointment please inspect the attached images carefully, and read the full description above.
