*ITEM DESCRIPTION* Please note that the majority of our items are in used condition.  If you're looking for like new, we recommend purchasing new.  We sell used items at a fraction of new cost so please take that into consideration.  We do try to make sure our products are clean prior to shipment. If you purchase an item from us, you are purchasing the exact description of the item.  For example, if we have an Item is Listed for sale such as a Taillight that is exactly what you are purchasing.  Other parts such as accessories, bulbs, wiring, etc. may be pictured and included however the taillight housing is the only item sold and covered under any warranty stated. If you have questions, please ask them prior to purchase. 

*RETURNS* Please contact us first to see if we can resolve the issue. if the item is a car part please include the following in your message, What year, make, model, and trim level of your vehicle. Any other information pertaining to the part such as engine size, transmission type, etc. and also what your original issue was that you're trying to resolve. Please make sure the returned item is packaged well and check to make sure the item returned has our markings on it. Please review our item description and return policy.

*SHIPPING* 
We try to ship our products out quickly so that we beat estimated delivery times. Please note we have no control over the shippers. If you have any concerns with deliveries, please track your item online and contact the shipper for details. If your package shows attempted delivery but is returned to us, we will have to charge additional shipping. If the item is returned there are no refunds on the actual shipping cost.
