How can you have an “Opened” JAPAN
Mini LP CD, provide photos of the item
Opened, and
list it as being “Brand NEW?”
IMHO = when
the seal is broken, it is no longer “Brand NEW”
maybe to you, but I do not believe collectors and/or investors
believe such loose criteria for such terminology.
I
suggest asking, before you spend your jing.
