Tracking numbers are available as soon as they are created and processed.
Items are shipped depending on location of the customer as well as the location of the item stock.
Once a purchase is placed, we cannot accommodate for any address changes.
We are unable to ship any item(s) to P.O. Box address. Buyer must provide physical address when ordering. Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of delay if P.O. Box address or any other undeliverable addresses were provided.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process an exchange or refund within 60 Days of your purchase.
All returns must be authorized and assigned with an RMA# from our customer service department before returning.
For orders that are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee.
STORE POLICY
We do not offer local pick-ups. All orders are shipped directly from our processing facilities.
Damages or Loss during shipping will be handled by damage/lost claims by the appropriate carrier. Replacements will not be sent until the claim is approved.
