Book is in Very Good condition overall, almost like new
Accompanying audio CD is NEW and still sealed inside front cover of book
Pages are Very Good very clean, strong and bright. A few pages have lightly bent dog ear corners to top of page. No markings. Staple binding/spine is Very Good, very strong with all pages firmly attached. Cover is Very Good, with only minor light scuffs, bends, light creases and minor scratches. One large crease along front cover. see photos
