We aim to despatch all items on the same working day if purchased before 1pm Monday - Friday (Excluding weekends and bank holidays), otherwise your item will be sent the next working day. Tracking numbers are uploaded on the day of shipping.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot change addresses/items after an order has been processed.

Royal Mail 1st class signed for - This is a 1-2 day service (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Royal Mail 48hr tracked - Our economy service will be delivered in 48hr.

Royal Mail 24hr tracked - Our express service will be delivered the next working.

International Rest of the world - International delivery can take 7-14 working days. Delivery times are approximate based upon royal mail guide lines.

If your item has not arrived please contact us so that we can investigate your parcel.

In the case of lost items, we are required to wait 7 days before we can issue refunds or replacement items.

We only accept PAYPAL.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the transaction date. Items must be returned in their original new condition with tags intact. (Please include your details and any requests you may have).

A tracked postal service is advised to return items as parcels do go missing in the post.

The time for refunds or exchanges can take up to 3 workings days to be processed, however we aim to process them within 24-48 hours.

International returns will be refunded for the amount of the item only, there will be no postage refunds unless we have sent the wrong item.

Where is my order?

We process all our orders with 1-2 working days of receiving payment. For standard UK orders, your item should be with you within 2-3 working days. We try to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 1pm. International deliveries can take around 10-15 working days. You can track your parcel by clicking on the tracking number which is updated on your order.

What if my item is defective?

On the rare occasion an item is defective you can return it back to us for a refund or an exchange. Once you send the item back to us, with the tags still intact, we will inspect it and issue the refund or exchange as soon as possible (usually the same working day). Your return postage costs will also be refunded.

Can I return the item if it doesn't fit?

Yes if the item still has tags attached and is in an unused condition. You have 30 days to return from the date of transaction. Refunds will usually be given the same day we receive the item back however, in busy periods please allow up to 5 working days. We recommend using a tracked service when returning parcels to us as parcels can go missing in the post. Returns slips must be included with all returned items.

Have you despatched my item yet?

Please check your eBay transaction for the 'despatched' symbol. If this is showing it means your item has been processed and you should also get an email from eBay notifying you of this. The tracking will be uploaded later the same day.
