Hi everyone! Welcome to Mathisgardens 2024. We mainly sell tropical plants for whole year. Tropical plants are not easy to care for, especially for newbie!

All our live plants do not provide returns or exchanges. Sometimes the photos of the plants are not the same as the plants, because the time of taking pictures and selling is different, and the growth of the plants is also different. Buyers may ask current pictures of the plants at this time. Each plant we sent, we will provide packaging photos to the buyer. If the buyer has any questions on the day they receive the plant, please contact us immediately. We will be responsible for all shipping losses. We will not take any responsibility afterwards. If you have any other questions, you may also contact us, including how to plant, watering, light, temperature, etc. we are happy to answer all the question from you.

Most of our plants are shipped to California, Texas or Florida. we can only charge a one-time shipping fee as the plants continue to grow. Weight and size will also increase, shipping fee will increase too. Sometimes the shipping fee is not enough, we will be responsible for the remaining balance Generally from December to April, all our packages will include a 96-hour heating pack. We will only send out packages on Mondays.
